I have spent much of my life on the road.
Not looking for one final answer. Listening. Learning. Forgetting. Beginning again.
The road took me through Latin America, India, and Europe—and into encounters that changed the direction of my life. What I share now comes from more than thirty years of practice, from the people who opened their doors to me, and from the lessons that only arrive when life does not go according to plan.
I have learned alongside teachers and communities in Peru, Brazil, and Mexico. These encounters shape my work, but my invitation is simple: test what you hear against your own life.
